Founder Caitlin Cash interviewed small business owners that carry Kinship Milk Tea, asking about their business and their favorite parts about Austin and the community. This campaign is running through the month of February 2022.

For this series, I utilized Instagram Stories and Story Highlights to go over tasting notes for every flavor in Kinship Milk Tea’s lineup. This works to lay the brand’s foundation for new followers who discovered the brand via social media.

This series uses hyper relatability to boost engagement. These posts capture a feeling and play off of content like current events, big moments, or mundane daily occurrences.

This is an in-feed series that defines the brand and the feel of Kinship Milk Tea with aesthetic imagery not directly related to the product. This can include vintage cars and furniture to evoke Wuyi Oolong or campfire photos to capture the essence of Lapsang Souchong.

Instagram is the primarily method of communicating with our consumers and providing updates about the brand. We utilize our Instagram feed to make bigger announcements about press, local markets, and production. We use stories to announce restocks and post at events.

Event Recaps occur in Reels to feature other makers in the Austin community and reach audiences outside of our follower count.
